Commitment to Digital Accessibility
The Delaware Department of Technology and Information (DTI) is committed to ensuring that the State of Delaware’s digital services are accessible, inclusive, and usable by everyone — including individuals with disabilities.
Digital accessibility is not a one-time effort. It is an ongoing responsibility that requires governance, training, testing, remediation, and continuous improvement. DTI has made meaningful progress in these areas and continues to actively advance accessibility across the State’s digital ecosystem.
Progress to Date
DTI has completed several foundational digital accessibility actions and is actively implementing additional initiatives to strengthen digital accessibility statewide.
These efforts include:
- Establishing digital accessibility governance and oversight structures

- Expanding digital accessibility awareness and technical training for staff and partners
- Conducting accessibility testing and monitoring of digital assets
